Lordswoods gives Broadway Health Centre a full exterior deep clean

We were delighted to win the contract to give Broadway Health Centre in the heart of Birmingham a full exterior deep clean and begin the process of washing away years of dirt and grime. We were even happier to see the finished results and to know that the Doctors and management were equally delighted with the results we achieved.

Cleaning of building rendering

The rendering of the health centre was badly stained not only with dirt but also by unsightly black lichen from the top of the building. As the after images show our softwashing process was successful in removing this heavy staining. We then applied a preventative treatment to prevent regrowth of lichen and algae.

Paving Cleaning

All the paving around the building and car park was then high pressure cleaned. Not only does clean paving significantly improve the look of a commercial buiding it also makes them far safer for visitors and staff by washing away dirt, algae and moss which can become slippery in adverse weather conditions.

Roof Cleaning

The next step was to clean the metal roof and then apply a biocide treatment to prevent regrowth of the algae. We also emptied and cleaned the guttering and the final step was to clean all the windows with our pure water fed pole system.
