How much does it cost?

Professional driveway cleaning is typically charged between £3.00 and £5.00 per square metre. Factors such as surface type, condition, and whether re-sanding is required influence the final price. We provide free, no-obligation quotes for every enquiry.

Will the high pressure damage my pointing?

Our professional equipment is designed to clean the surface, not destroy the joints. However, if your pointing is already old, loose, or failing, the cleaning process will likely remove these unstable sections. Please note: We specialize in cleaning and restoration; we do not offer a re-pointing or jointing repair service.

Can you remove oil stains?

We use professional-grade degreasers and high-pressure washing to treat oil. While we can significantly fade almost any stain, total removal is not always guaranteed. Success depends on the porosity of the stone and how long the oil has been sitting there.

How long will it take?

Most surfaces are cleaned within two to five hours. Block paving requires a return visit once the surface is bone-dry to brush in fresh kiln-dried sand, ensuring the structural integrity of the driveway is maintained.

Is the cleaning safe for my pets and garden?

While the water-cleaning phase is completely safe, we recommend that pets are kept away from the area if we are applying any specialist weed killers or biocide treatments. Once the surface is completely dry or has been rinsed down, it is perfectly fine for them to return.

Do I need to be home / provide access?

You do not need to be home as long as we have clear access to the areas being cleaned and any side gates are unlocked. We ask that vehicles are moved off the driveway prior to our arrival to allow for a thorough clean.

Do I need to provide a water supply?

Yes, we require access to a standard external garden tap. While our equipment is professional-grade, it is surprisingly water-efficient; the high pressure allows us to clean much faster and more effectively than a domestic power washer. It generally has a negligible impact on a standard water meter.

Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Bank Transfers, Debit and Credit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa, and American Express), Cash, and Cheques. No payment is required until the work is completed and you are 100% satisfied with the results.

Will you leave the property tidy?

Absolutely. Pressure washing can be messy, but we take full responsibility for the cleanup. We rinse down all adjacent walls, windows, and doors, and ensure any debris is bagged and removed from the site.
